Clinic hours
Monday to Friday – 0830 – 1230 (staff meet at 0800 for morning meeting)
1430 – 1730 ( closed Thursday afternoons)
Weekends, Thursday afternoon and Public holidays – Closed except for emergencies
Home and outstation visits – Home visits at any time, as necessary.
Outstation clinic visits once a week, Wednesday.
Emergencies – Patients will be seen as soon as possible, at any time of the day or night. When the clinic is closed – Look for the house with the ambulance parked outside and outside lights on. If land line phone is available – phone the clinic 08 09569942 – the phone is diverted to the staff member who is “on-call”.
This is a bulk billing clinic. Medical services are provided free of cost to patients. If patients are referred to other health professionals that do not bulk bill, the associated costs are the patients responsibility.
Patients who qualify for medication under S100 will have medication supplied at no cost to the patient. Patient’s who require medication outside of S100 will be responsible for the costs incurred for these medications.
Patients presenting to the AHCAC clinic who are not eligible for an Australian Medicare Card will be invoiced for the services provided to them.
